Academic Program Specialist
The Academic Program Specialist supports the department head, academic advisors, and graduate and undergraduate program directors, and provides daily contact with faculty/staff to coordinate advising and degree program processes, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and routine correspondence. Student contact is daily. Student interactions include planning, directing and coordinating student visits and handling student programmatic inquiries.

IT Architect
This position serves in a lead role providing expert judgment and strategic analysis for the design, development, and implementation of highly complex, integrated High-Performance Computing (HPC) and cluster infrastructure solutions. The role demands advanced technical expertise and strategic leadership to architect scalable, secure, and high-availability HPC systems that align with institutional IT standards and support a variety of research computing needs. The position acts as a senior consultant and mentor to IT staff. Provides ongoing support of all systems. Installs, configures, and supports Linux HPC clusters, including advising and planning on any future clusters (including virtual clusters using Kubernetes or cloud environments). Areas of responsibility include operating systems, networking, storage subsystems, schedulers, end‐user software installation and testing, and any supporting infrastructure required for cluster operation.
